Personal Information

Scott Davidson was born and raised in north central Arkansas. He attended college at Arkansas State University where he received his B.A. degree in 1985. He attended law school at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and received his law degree there in 1988.

He is a member of Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice Nursing Home Litigation Group, Arkansas Advocates for Nursing Home Reform, National Citizens' Coalition for Nursing Home Reform, Christian Trial Lawyers Association, and is board certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Scott has been married to his wife, Cindy for 23 years. They have 2 daughters, Lindsey and Alex, one son-in-law, Johnathon, and an English Bulldog named Gus.
